The tournament will begin on 27 July in a to-be-determined city in Europe and then will move to the United States, where matches will be played in Phoenix, San Francisco, Indianapolis, Miami, New York and Los Angeles. These last two cities will host the semi-finals on 3 and 4 August, while the final will be played on 7 August at Miami's Sun Life Stadium.
