Bayer Leverkusen opponent Daniel Carvajal has admitted he would jump at the opportunity to return to Real Madrid. The 21-year-old learned his trade at the Spanish leaders' youth academy but, despite accumulating numerous looks for the B group, decided to go to the Bundesliga last summer after failing to break into Jose Mourinho's group. Carvajal has been selected for best back in the Bundesliga this season thanks to his impressive shows this season and, although he says he's enjoying German basketball, a Santiago Bernabeu get back remains his dream. "Yes, I would prefer to return one day [to Real Madrid]. They've an option to get me right back me, too," he told Marca. "I am attempting to work the best I will here, to improve day-by-day and if 1 day they choose to exercise the option to create me in the past I'd take it directly away." The Blancos face German giant Borussia Dortmund next Wednesday evening at Signal Iduna Park and Carvajal thinks that Cristiano Ronaldo may help his former area achieve the Champions League final on the two legs. "When Dortmund are required to chase following the ball for a long time, they suffer," he told Marca. "In the Bernabeu they might begin the game create to play on the counterattack but with no ball they experience. "The different point of huge difference is they don't have a person like Cristiano Ronaldo. He could possibly be essential in determining the success with this link. "Borussia don't have a player like him. Madrid have Cristiano, Barca have Lionel Messi and Bayern Munich have Franck Ribery but Borussia don't have anyone who is often as critical. So the tie will be entered by Madrid as minor favourites." Carvajal has made 31 appearances for Leverkusen this year since his shift from the Spanish capital team in summer time of 2012.
