Motherwell beat Celtic, Saints leapfrog Hearts - Scottish Premier...

Motherwell defeat leaders Celtic 2-1 at Fir Park on Wednesday evening to move around second devote the Clydesdale Bank Premier League. Joe Humphrey offered Stuart McCall's guys a lead and Michael Higdon grabbed the champion in 73 minutes after Georgios Samaras had equalised for the readers. E Mirren were the only other champions on Wednesday, leapfrogging Hearts into 10th position with a win in Paisley. There was a remarkable finish at Easter Road where Hibernian and Kilmarnock drew 2-2, with three goals within the last few five full minutes. Sammy Clingan dismissed Killie ahead right after half-time but Ryan McGivern equalised. Jude Winchester renewed Kilmarnock's cause then Leigh Griffiths levelled. Inverness CT and Dundee United played out a 0-0 pull at the Tulloch Caledonian Stadium.
